Privacy policy
Your privacy in Fill Trail
This policy explains how Fill Trail: Line Puzzle, developed by pan chenliang, handles information in the iOS game and on our studio website.
No account is required. Game progress is saved on your device. When advertising is available, you can choose to watch a rewarded ad for in-game coins.
1. Game data on your device
The game stores progress, completed levels, current puzzles, settings, coin balance, purchased hint access, daily hint use and reward records locally to remember your play and avoid duplicate rewards. We do not operate a game account system or a developer-hosted game-data server. The current release saves game progress on your device and does not provide in-game cloud backup or cross-device progress restoration.
Local saves and previous cloud data
The current release does not upload or download game saves through CloudKit, even if cloud backup was enabled in an earlier test build. Existing local progress is retained when updating the app. This does not change Apple’s device backup or device migration features, which are controlled by your system settings.
If you enabled cloud backup in an earlier test build, existing records remain in your Apple account’s private CloudKit database; this update does not delete them. Those records may contain game progress, coins, unlocks, submitted routes, settings, reward deduplication records and backup metadata. The current release provides no in-game access, restoration or deletion controls for those records. You can check the storage management options available in Apple’s iCloud settings or contact us for guidance. We cannot access your private saves to delete them on your behalf. Apple processes iCloud data under its privacy policy.
2. Optional advertising
When enabled, ads use Google AdMob and Google's consent service. Ad services may process your IP address (including approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. This supports ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service improvement. Personalization depends on your choices and applicable settings. Google and its advertising partners may use SDK storage, device or app identifiers and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. Non-personalized ads may still process data for frequency limits, reporting and fraud prevention.
The game uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework to request permission, when the system permits, before tracking you across other companies' apps and websites for advertising or advertising measurement. We only permit this tracking after you authorize it. ATT authorization alone does not establish consent to personalized ads; applicable consent choices managed through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) also apply. If tracking permission is denied or restricted, the game requests non-personalized ads only when other applicable consent requirements are met. Declining tracking does not prevent you from playing, and non-personalized ads may still process information as described above. Some game screens may also display banner ads when advertising is enabled and consent requirements are met. Choosing not to watch rewarded ads does not necessarily disable banner ads.
3. Your advertising choices
Where required, a consent message is presented before requesting ads. When available, the privacy options in the game's settings let you revisit your choices. You can continue playing without watching rewarded ads. After the required consent checks, the ad service may preload ads while the app is in use, including before you enter the shop. Rewarded ads only play when you choose to watch.
You can change or withdraw tracking permission in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Fill Trail, where available. This system setting is separate from the advertising privacy options in the game. When the app becomes active again, it checks the current tracking status and updates subsequent ad requests and cached ads accordingly.
4. Contact information
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request and retain it only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
5. Storage, sharing and deletion
Local game data remains until you remove it. Deleting the app and its data removes its local saves; offloading an app may preserve them, and device backups may restore them. Manage backups through your Apple or device settings. We cannot remotely access or delete your local saves.
Google processes advertising information under its own policies, including its retention, sharing and international processing practices. We do not sell your local game saves. Information sent to us by email may be handled by our email provider and disclosed when required by law.
6. This website
This studio website contains no advertising code, analytics tools or tracking scripts added by us. Hosting and delivery providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request logs to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website, potentially in other countries. The public domain uses Cloudflare for delivery and security; Cloudflare may set security cookies and run email-protection code. This is separate from advertising in the game. 7. Requests and policy updates
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us about information you have provided to us; use the game's privacy options and Google's controls for advertising choices. We will handle requests as required by applicable law.

游戏无需注册账号，进度保存在您的设备上。广告功能可用时，您可以自主观看激励广告，获得游戏内金币。
1. 设备上的游戏数据
游戏在本地保存关卡进度、通关记录、当前对局、设置、金币余额、已购提示权益、每日提示使用情况和奖励记录，用于保留游戏状态并避免重复发奖。我们不提供游戏账号系统或开发者自建的游戏数据服务器。当前发行版本将游戏进度保存在设备本地，不提供游戏内云备份或跨设备进度恢复。
本地存档与历史云端数据
当前发行版本不通过 CloudKit 上传或下载游戏存档，即使旧测试版中曾开启云备份也不会同步。覆盖更新应用会保留已有本地进度。Apple 提供的设备备份或设备迁移由系统设置控制，不属于游戏内云同步功能。
如果您曾在旧测试版启用云备份，已有记录仍保存在您 Apple 账号的 CloudKit 私有数据库中，本次更新不会删除。历史记录可能包含游戏进度、金币、解锁、已提交路线、设置、奖励去重记录及备份元数据。当前发行版本不提供这些记录的游戏内访问、恢复或删除入口。您可在 Apple 的 iCloud 设置查看可用的存储管理选项，或联系我们获取操作指引；我们无法访问您的私有存档并代您删除。Apple 按其隐私政策处理 iCloud 数据。

3. 您的广告选择
在需要征求同意的情况下，游戏会先展示同意消息，再请求广告。当设置中提供隐私选项入口时，您可以重新查看或调整选择。不观看激励广告也可继续游戏。通过必要的同意检查后，广告服务可能在应用使用期间预加载广告，包括进入商店之前；激励广告只有在您主动选择观看时才会播放。
您可以在 iPhone“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 跟踪 → Fill Trail”中修改或撤回跟踪授权（以系统提供的选项为准）。此系统设置与游戏内的广告隐私选项相互独立。应用再次进入前台时，会检查当前跟踪权限，并相应调整后续广告请求及缓存广告。
4. 联系信息
您通过邮件联系我们时，我们会收到您的邮箱地址及您主动提供的内容，用于回复和处理请求，仅在提供支持及履行适用义务所需的期限内保留。请勿发送与请求无关的敏感信息。
5. 保存、共享与删除
本地游戏数据会保留至您主动移除。删除应用及其数据会移除本地存档；仅卸载以释放空间可能保留数据，设备备份也可能恢复存档。请通过 Apple 或设备设置管理备份。我们无法远程读取或删除您的本地存档。
Google 根据其政策处理广告信息，包括保存期限、共享及跨境处理。我们不出售您的本地游戏存档。您发送给我们的邮件可能由邮件服务提供商处理，并可能在法律要求时披露。
6. 本网站
本工作室网站没有由我们添加的广告代码、统计分析工具或跟踪脚本。托管及内容分发服务商可能处理 IP 地址、访问地址、浏览器信息和请求日志，用于提供网站、保障安全及排查问题，并可能在其他国家处理信息。公开域名使用 Cloudflare 提供内容分发和安全服务，可能设置安全 Cookie 并运行邮箱保护代码；这与游戏内广告处理分开，参见 Cloudflare 隐私政策。外部链接所指向的服务适用各自的隐私政策。
7. 权利请求与政策更新
